I don't know if it's the schools in our area or what but school is nothing like when I went that's for sure. Jamie and I have gone up to school with Chic-Fil-A to have lunch with Hami. One of us is volunteering once a week for something up there. Every time I walk the halls it's nothing but parents up there. Crazy...
Then they have Grandparents Day for lunch time. In our neighborhood we had Grandparents come in from out of town for this. Little nuts if you ask me but we are raising a different type of kid these days aren't we?
Nana doesn't work too far away and was happy to come in. She said there were Grandparents EVERYWHERE and she loved the fact that there were "very old people and very young people there. Nothing in between". Hami loved it too. All in all school is going good.
nice look on the kid next to Nana (that's actually our neighbor Aiden). He's looking like "how come my Grandmother isn't crazy like that?"
